Ingredients For Mutton Biryani :

Mutton - 500g
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Ginger & Garlic Paste - 2 Tbspns
Bay Leaves - 2
Onions ( Small ) Sliced - 200g
Mint Leaves ( Hand full )
Tomatoes - 150g
Chilli Powder - 1-2Tbspns
Biryani Masala(Homemade) - 3 Tbspns
Curd - 1/2 Cup
Chopped Cilantro/Coriander Leaves
Jeera Rice - 2 Cups
Water - 3 Cups
Lemon - 1/2
Ghee - 2 Tbspns
Oil - 2 Tbspns
